1. Is candid coverage included?
No. You choose either a Candid Photographer or a Cinematic Videographer per event.
If you want both candid photography and cinematic video on the same day, an additional fee will apply.
This lets you mix and match based on which style you prefer for Engagement, Ceremonies, or Wedding Day.
2. Can I decide on candid coverage later?
Yes. You can finalize your choice of “either candid photographer or cinematic videographer” up to 30 days before the first covered event.
If you switch from “none” to “candid” or “cinematic” (or decide you want both), we’ll send an updated quote reflecting any extra charges.
To keep your final payment on track, please confirm no later than 30 days out from Engagement day.
3. Can we add extra events after booking?
Yes. Although Prime covers the three main events, we can add any additional wedding rituals such as Haldi, Sangeet, Reception, or Vratam.
Each extra event is charged separately based on:
Type of coverage needed (traditional photos, candid photos, video)
Number of photographers or videographers required
Duration and schedule of the extra event
We’ll provide a clear, itemized quote for each added event. Once approved, your contract is updated accordingly.
4. Will I get digital posters or WhatsApp invites with this package?
No. Digital assets such as Instagram reels, WhatsApp status videos, or invitation cards are not included in Prime.
If you’d like any digital‐social deliverables, please upgrade to Prime Plus or request a separate quote for those services.
5. Are LED screens, drone, or live streaming included?
No. These services are not included in the Prime package by default.
If required, they can be added separately with extra charges based on event needs.
6. What is the delivery timeline for photos and videos?
Raw Files (Photos & Videos): Delivered to you on your hard drive immediately after each event if requested that day (otherwise all raw files are handed over together once editing is complete).
Final Edited Photos & Videos:
• Delivered within 30 days of your last wedding event.90-Sheet Premium Album (3 Books):
• PDF Proof: Delivered by Day 45 after your last event.
• Printed Albums: Shipped in 2 weeks after you approve the proof.Promo Highlight Teasers (2–4 min):

7. Are transportation or food charges included?
Within Hyderabad City Limits:
• No extra travel, food, or stay charges—everything is covered in the ₹1,65,000 Prime fee.Outside Hyderabad (Outstation Events):
• Travel, accommodation, and meal costs for the crew are additional.
• Outstation estimate includes:Round-trip transportation (fuel, tolls, driver)
Lodging for the team (hotel/guest house)
Daily meal allowances (per person)
• Final amount depends on location, team size, and event duration.
Simply share your event location, dates, and schedule; we’ll send a clear, itemized outstation quote before booking.
8. What is the payment structure?
We keep things simple so you never feel overwhelmed:
₹25,000 Booking Advance
Pays to hold your date, crew, and equipment.
This amount is non-refundable.
50% of Remaining Balance (Due 30 Days Before Event)
Example: For a ₹1,65,000 package, after the ₹25,000 advance you’d pay ₹70,000 a month before your first event.
This covers all pre-production and finalizes crew assignments.
Remaining 50% (Due Upon Delivery)
You pay the last half only after you’ve received your edited photos, full-length videos, and album proof.
No large sum is due before you see any final work—full peace of mind.
Tip: If you’d rather spread the balance into smaller EMIs, just let us know. We can set up easy monthly installments.

1. Will I receive all raw photos and videos?
**Yes. **Under Prime Plus, you get all raw photos and all raw video files (from every event) delivered on an external 2 TB hard disk (provided by us). You can review, archive, or edit these files yourself later if you wish.
2. When will I receive my photos, videos, and albums?
All completed deliverables (full-length edited videos, promo highlights, final photos, and PDF album proof) are sent to you within 60 days after you finalize your photo selections for the album design.
Raw files (photos + videos): Delivered on the 2 TB hard disk immediately after each event day.
Final edited videos & photos: Within 30 days of the last wedding event.
Album proof: Delivered as a PDF by Day 45; printed albums arrive in about 2 weeks after you sign off on the proof.
(This 60-day window begins once you confirm which photos go into the album—so your timely selections keep things on schedule.)
3. Is live streaming and LED screen setup included?
Yes. Under the Prime Plus package:
Live streaming is provided on your Wedding Day at no extra charge.
LED screen display is also set up on the Wedding Day so guests can view the ceremony in real time.
These features are limited to the main Wedding Day event. If you need live streaming or an LED screen setup for other days (e.g., Engagement, Ceremonies), let us know so we can quote those add-ons separately.
4. Are travel and accommodation charges included?
Within Hyderabad city limits:
No additional travel, food, or stay charges—everything is covered in the ₹3,65,000 fee.
Outside Hyderabad (outstation events):
Travel, accommodation, and meal costs for the crew are extra.
Final quote for outstation weddings will include:

However, we understand that every wedding is unique, and some families also plan other events like:

Vratam or cultural rituals
These extra events are not part of the standard Prime Plus package, but we’re happy to cover them!
