1. What’s included in the “Any Event” package (₹20,000)?

The “Any Event” package is designed for non-wedding events—for example, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, small festivals, or other celebrations. It is not valid for weddings or wedding-related ceremonies. For weddings, please refer to our dedicated wedding packages. For any non-wedding event, you’ll receive:

  • Photographer + Videographer (one each) for up to 6 hours of coverage

  • All raw and edited files: You get every digital image that meets our quality standards, plus 25 fully retouched (“selected edit”) photographs

  • Basic video editing: A short highlight reel of key moments

  • Online gallery to view, share, and download all photos and video files

There is no printed album included. After you review your online gallery, you can order prints or albums separately if you wish.

2. What does the “Prime Plus” package (₹36,000) cover that the “Any Event” package doesn’t?

The “Prime Plus” package is designed for non-wedding events—just like “Any Event,” it cannot be used for weddings or wedding-related ceremonies. If you’re booking for a wedding, please see our dedicated wedding packages. For any other celebration (birthdays, corporate functions, anniversaries, etc.), you’ll get everything in “Any Event” plus:

  • Your choice of either a second candid photographer or a second candid videographer (you pick one)

  • A high-quality 25-sheet premium album with a customizable cover

  • Priority editing turnaround (final images and video delivered within 2–3 weeks)

  • Blended coverage that mixes candid moments and traditional portraiture (still capped at 6 hours)

If you’d like both a second photographer and a second videographer, just let us know when booking and we can add the extra shooter for a small additional fee.

3. Do you deliver every image you shoot, or only the edited ones?

We deliver all digital files—every shot that meets our minimum technical standard (proper focus, exposure, etc.). Out of those, we select and fully retouch:

  • 25 images for the “Any Event” package

  • 50 images for the “Prime Plus” package

The remaining photos are provided as high-resolution JPEGs in an online gallery.

4. Can I customize the number of edited photos or add more hours?

  • Standard edited-photo allotment:

    • “Any Event” includes 25 fully retouched images

    • “Prime Plus” includes 50 fully retouched images

  • If you need more retouched images, just let us know your total requirement and we’ll provide a custom quote

  • Additional hours of coverage can be added at:

    • ₹1,500 per hour, per photographer/videographer

  • We’ll update your contract to reflect any extras before you sign, so you’ll see exactly what you’re paying for

5. How long until we receive the final photos and videos?

  • “Any Event”: Full gallery (all images + 25 retouched) delivered within 2 - 3 weeks of your event.

  • “Prime Plus”: Full gallery (all images + 50 retouched + album proofs) delivered within 3 weeks.

  • Video highlights: 3–5 minute highlight reel takes about 3–4 weeks to finalize.

During peak season (Nov–Feb), turnaround may extend by 1–2 days; we’ll always keep you updated.

6. What is your payment and booking policy?

  • 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your date (due at booking).

  • Remaining 70% must be paid one week before the event date.

  • We accept bank transfers (preferred), UPI (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe), and credit/debit cards (via Razorpay).

Once your deposit clears, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice and contract. We only book one major event per weekend date to avoid conflicts.

7. How many events do you handle per weekend? Will you be at our event yourself?

We limit ourselves to one major event per day (e.g., one wedding or one large corporate function). That means:

  • Lead photographer (Keerthi Harish) will be on location from start to finish

  • Second shooter or videographer (depending on package)

  • A small support assistant handling gear, lighting, and logistics

We never send third-party contractors in our place—our team uses the same gear, style, and quality standards to ensure consistency.

8. What if we need to reschedule or cancel our event?

Rescheduling

  • More than 30 days before the event:

    • You can move your date once at no extra charge, as long as we’re available.

    • We will transfer your deposit to the new date.

  • 30 days or less before the event:

    • You can reschedule one time, but a ₹2,000 date-change fee may apply if our calendar is tight.

    • Any further changes or very last-minute shifts will be handled case by case—and may incur additional fees depending on availability.

Cancellation

  • More than 60 days before the event:

    • You lose the 30% deposit.

    • The remaining 70% of any payments already made will be refunded.

  • Between 30–60 days before the event:

    • You forfeit 50% of the total package fee.

    • Any remaining balance (after that 50%) will be returned.

  • Less than 30 days before the event:

    • The full package fee is non-refundable (we must turn away other bookings at that point).
